Great events start with great conversations. From the moment you reach out, our team works alongside you to understand your vision and bring it to life. Our proven process keeps everything organized, clear, and moving forward so you can enjoy the experience of planning your event.

1. SAY HELLO!
Every event begins with a conversation.
Reach out to our team by phone, email, visiting our showroom, or through our website. This is where we begin learning about your event, your vision, and what matters most to you.
3. LETS MAKE IT OFFICIAL
When everything looks the way you want it to, it’s time to officially reserve your order.
We’ll secure your items in our calendar once the quote is approved, the terms and conditions are signed, and the 25% non-refundable retainer is received.
Once those steps are complete, your event date and items are officially reserved.
5. WE'LL BRING EVERYTHING TO YOU (OR HAVE IT READY)
If you’ve selected delivery, our delivery team will arrive during the scheduled delivery window on your contract.
If you’ve chosen for will-call, your rentals will be prepared and ready for pickup at our warehouse at the scheduled time
7. UNTIL NEXT TIME!
After your event, your rentals return to our warehouse where they are carefully inspected, cleaned, and prepared for their next use. We’ll finalize your invoice and follow up to hear how everything went. And remember, once you're a client, you're part of the Collective family.

2. LETS TALK DETAILS
Once we understand your event, we’ll walk through your needs together and focus on what matters most to you. From there, we prepare a detailed quote that reflects your priorities and the experience you want to create.
4. LETS LOCK IN THOSE DETAILS
As your event approaches, we’ll reconnect to confirm final quantities, logistics, and any remaining details.
We ask that final numbers and logistical information be provided no later than 14 days prior to your event.

6. WE'LL TAKE CARE OF PICKUP
(OR WELCOME YOUR RETURN)
Once you're event is complete, we'll coordinate the return of the rentals.
If your order includes pickup, our team will return during the pickup window on your contact to collect the items.
For will call orders, items can be returned to our warehouse during the return window listed on your contract
